TruckerMate Terms of Service

Acceptance
By accessing or using TruckerMate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Service Description
TruckerMate is a driver support platform designed to assist HGV drivers with working-day management, including route planning, driver hours awareness, break management, SafePark, Community Intelligence, location sharing, parking reviews, vehicle checks and related operational tools.
Beta Status
TruckerMate is currently provided as a beta service. Features may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. No guarantee is made regarding availability, accuracy, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.
User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for compliance with transport legislation, drivers' hours regulations, tachograph records, vehicle safety checks, route decisions, parking decisions, site rules, personal safety, employment obligations and operational decisions.
Community Intelligence and User Content
Users may be able to submit parking reviews, SafePark reports, security concerns, incident information, What3Words locations, photographs, comments and other community content. Users must ensure that any content they submit is lawful, accurate to the best of their knowledge, relevant and not malicious, misleading, defamatory or abusive.
Community information is provided by users and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unverified. TruckerMate does not guarantee personal safety, site security, parking availability, crime prevention, emergency response or the suitability of any parking location. Drivers remain responsible for their own decisions and must follow road signage, site rules, employer instructions and applicable law.
No Professional Advice
TruckerMate does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, transport compliance advice, employment advice or professional consultancy. Information provided through the platform should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice or official records.
AI Features
Any AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Users must independently verify all information before relying upon it.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and must provide accurate information when registering.
Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access to systems, distribute malicious software, misuse the platform, interfere with service operation or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, logos and intellectual property associated with TruckerMate remain the property of the platform owner unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckerMate shall not be liable for financial losses, regulatory penalties, compliance failures, operational disruptions, indirect losses or consequential losses. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice where necessary to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
